摘要

介绍了用V法造型工艺生产T型槽机床大件和配重铁的生产经验。实践证明

V法铸造生产铸铁、铸钢大件能够实现提高产品质量、降低成本、减轻劳动强度、提高经济效益的目的。

Abstract

Practical experiences of the production of the T groove machine tool plates and counterpoised iron by V moulding process were described. The practical production shows that production of cast iron and cast steel plates by V process can improve quality

decrease the cost and lighten the work intensity as well as increasing the economic benefit.
