摘要
针对发动机缸体铸件
利用大孔进水理论对浇注系统进行了设计;并通过数值模拟浇注过程的速度场和凝固初始的温度场
从而对其浇注系统进行优化
通过减少卷入性气孔、冲砂等缺陷及降低热应力等措施
有效地提高了铸件品质。
Abstract
Gating system for cylinder block in engine was designed based on large orifice discharge theory.Meanwhile
velocity field and temperature field during filling process were visualized by numerical simulation to optimize the grating system design.The results verify that the quality of cylinder block is improved by using the optimized gating system.
