将不同体积约束下拓扑优化的结果进行对比
获得了模板在强度和刚度不变乃至增加的前提下材料的最优分布结构。按照分析结果所作的优化设计
最大应力减小6%
最大变形量减小3.78%
可以节省材料13.76%。
Abstract
Topological optimization for the moving container platens in die casting machine was conducted based on the ANSYS software.The optimized structure distribution of materials can be obtained in case of non-sacrification of strength and rigidity through comparing topological optimization results under different volumetric confinement conditions.Based on analyzed results
the optimized design can save 13.76% materials.
