摘要

简要地叙述了铝合金消失模生产试验中常见的铸造缺陷

如渗漏、针孔、气孔、冷隔、铸件变形、球粒状表面、粘砂及充型不足等

分别对其成因进行了分析

并提出了相应的解决方法。

Abstract

Difficulty in ellminating the defects in EPC aluminum alloy parts resuted from very complicated processing inhibited the development of EPC aluminum alloy at home.Origination of common defects in EPC aluminum alloy was described

including cold shut

inclusion

deformation

and so on

and countermeasures were proposed

such as controlling pouring temperature and melting quality

using rational filling velocity

and so on.
