对铝硅合金活塞的摩擦焊接工艺进行了初步试验研究。结果表明
铸造铝硅合金采用摩擦焊接方法可以形成焊接接头。采用较高摩擦压力和顶锻压力及较短的摩擦时间
可获得良好的焊接接头
此时活塞内冷油道的内圈和外圈焊接接头的强度均达到了母材强度要求。
Abstract
Friction-welding techniques for Al-Si alloy piston were investigated. The results indicate that cast Al-Si alloy can be welded by friction-welding method. The desirable welding joint can be formed in the cast Al-Si alloy piston by applying a higher frictional pressure and punching pressure and a shorter frictional time
and tensile strength of inner and outer welding joint in piston cooling galley are meet the strength requirements of the matrix alloy.
