对TiCp/Fe复合材料进行了孕育处
分析TiCp/Fe复合材料的组织和性能变化。结果表明
在75SiFe的孕育作用下
组织中的石墨形态由粗片状转化为细片状和短棒状
且分布趋于均匀
这大大降低了石墨对基体的危害作用。经过75SiFe孕育处理后
TiCp/Fe复合材料的晶粒也有所细化
珠光体含量也有所增加
冲击韧度和抗拉强度提高
综合力学性能得到了改善。
Abstract
Effects of SiFe75 inoculation treatment on microstructure and properties of TiCp/Fe composites were investigated.The results indicate that graphite morphology in the microstructure is converted from coarse flake structure into fine flake and short rod structure with tending to uniformly distribute into the microstructure with SiFe75 inoculation treatment
which can greatly reduce the destroying effects of graphite on the matrix.Grain size in TiCp/Fe composites can be slightly refined with SiFe75 inoculation treatment
in which pearlite content is somewhat increased
leading to the increase of impaction toughness and tensile strength as well as improvement of comprehensive mechanical properties.
