the smelting temperature model during aluminum melting process have been proposed.By determining the boundary condition from the data for testing conversation of energy on the basis of the PDF(possible density function)and using hydrodynamics software Fluent 6.3
numerical simulation of the temperature field during aluminum melting process have been conducted.The simulated results are well in agreement with the practical ones.
