摘要
在超过1GPa的高压作用下
ZA27合金的晶体结构发生较为明显的变化。通过X射线衍射分析
揭示了不同压力作用下ZA27合金晶体结构变化规律。试验结果表明
随着压力的升高
常压与5GPa压力相比较
富铝相在(200)、(220)及(311)晶面处
晶面间距减小的比率分别为1.07%、1.15%和1.43%
且相的晶格常数由常压下的4.04800减小到5GPa下的4.00468。
Abstract
Obvious change of crystal structure in ZA27 alloy was observed under the high pressure more than 1GPa.The change rule of crystal structure in ZA27 aluminum alloy was revealed by XRD(X-ray diffraction)at different high pressures.The results reveal that with increasing in pressure
the crystal face distance and lattice constant of Al-rich α phase are decreased.Compared with those of one at normal pressure
the crystal face distances of Al-rich α phase at(200)
(220)and(311)crystal face are reduced 1.07%
1.15% and 1.43% at 5GPa pressure
respectively
and lattice constant is reduced from 4.04800 to 4.00468.
