分析滚柱轴承座原铸造工艺产生缺陷的原因
针对性地改变浇注方式
增加补帖、浇口杯
采用泡沫陶瓷过滤器、带缝隙浇口的开放式浇注系统和整体环形冒口
并在砂型表面喷涂料、烘干等措施
使该铸件实现了顺序凝固
有效避免了缩孔、缩松、砂眼等内部缺陷
铸件合格率超过90%。
Abstract
Origination of defects in roller-bearing base was analyzed.Through adjusting pouring ways
adding pad and pouring basin as well as foamed ceramic filter
adopting open-gating system with slot gate and whole ring riser as well as spraying coating on sand mold surface and drying the mold
the sequential solidification in the base can be realized
effectively eliminating shrinkage porosity(hole)
sand inclusion and so on.The qualified rate of the base exceeded 90%.
