Fabrication of Semi-solid TiC Particles Reinforced 7075 Al Matrix Composites
摘要
采用原位反应液相线铸造技术制备了TiC颗粒增强7075Al基复合材料。通过光学显微镜观察其显微组织
分析工艺参数对TiC颗粒合成过程的影响。结果表明
C和Ti的摩尔比为1.25
Al熔体温度达到950℃
浇注温度为650℃时
制备的复合材料未生成Al3Ti相
并能够获得较理想的等轴晶组织。
Abstract
TiC particle reinforced 7075 Al matrix composites were fabricated by in-situ reactive liquidus method.Microstructure of the composites was observed by optical microscope to understand the effects of processing parameters on the synthesized process of TiC particle.The results reveal that the TiC particle reinforced 7075 aluminum matrix composites with ideal equiaxed structure and absence of Al3Ti phase can be successfully prepared with pouring at 650 ℃ and C via Ti of 1.25(atom weight)and aluminum melt of 950℃.
