摘要

研究了B、Ti、Zr复合变质处理及变质处理后不同的熔体保温时间对金属型铸造ZCuZn40Pb2铸态组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明

B、Ti、Zr复合变质处理能够细化金属型铸造ZCuZn40Pb2的铸态组织和提高力学性能

改善铸态α和β相组织的分布状态。当B、Ti、Zr复合加入量分别为0.001%、0.02%、0.01%时细化效果较好。B、Ti、Zr复合变质处理后随熔体保温时间的延长

组织粗化

出现变质衰退。保温时间在90min以内仍能保持较好的变质细化效果和力学性能。

Abstract

Effects of B

Zr composite modification and melt holding time on as-cast microstructure and mechanical properties of permanent mold casting lead brass ZCuZn40Pb2 were investigated by OM （optical microscope） and SEM （scanning electron microscope） and tensile testing. The results reveal that B

Zr composite modification can refine as-cast microstructure and improve mechanical properties of the lead brass by improving the distribution of α phase and β phase in the as-cast structure. The desirable refining effects can be observed with 0.001% B

0.02%Ti and 0.01%Zr composite addition. With increasing in holding time

structure becomes coarse in the composite modified lead brass

exhibiting modification fading

however

acceptable refining effects and mechanical properties can be obtained with holding less than 90 min.
