摘要

研究了Al-20Si-2Cu-1Ni-xMg合金的热膨胀性及其组织与性能。结果表明

Mg含量在0.4%左右时

P与RE复合变质的高硅铝合金热膨胀系数为17.4×10-6℃-1;T6热处理能够显著提高含Mg合金的抗拉强度

Mg含量为0.4%左右时抗拉强度达到最大值。加Mg后在热处理时析出Mg2Si等弥散强化相是强度提高的主要原因。采用P-RE复合变质时

能同时细化初晶Si及共晶Si

但Mg含量对初晶Si的P变质效果的影响不明显。高硅铝合金的拉伸断口形貌表现为铝基体的韧性断裂和Si颗粒的脆性断裂共存的混合断裂方式。

Abstract

Thermal expansion

mechanical properties and microstructure of Al-20Si-1Ni-xMg alloys were described. The results reveal that

with 0.4% Mg content

thermal expansion coefficient of the high Si aluminum alloy modified by P and RE reaches 17.4×10-6/℃. The tensile strength of the alloy containing Mg can be greatly improved after T6 heat treatment

where the maximum value can be observed with approximately 0.4% Mg content

which is attributed to the precipitation of Mg2Si phase during heat treatment. Both primary Si phase and eutectic Si phase can be refined with P-RE compound modification

however

the Mg content has not obvious effects on P-modified primary Si phase. The fracture morphology of the high Si aluminum alloy is characterized by mixed rupture modes of ductile rupture of Al matrix and brittle rupture of Si particle.
