等效直径为30、50、70、90μm的固相颗粒个数n1、n2、n3和n4分别为9、12、3和1
运用有限元细观力学方法计算了细观特征模型的宏观力学响应
得到的最大流变应力为6.8MPa(试验值为6.5MPa)
变形末段最小流变应力为1.1MPa(试验值为0.7MPa)。计算结果与实际结果吻合。
Abstract
Statistic features of the parameters were obtained by analyzing meso-structure of the semi-solid materials. Meso-structure model exhibiting statistics was established for semi-solid Al-4Cu-Mg alloy with heating at 540℃.Macro-mechanical response of the semi-solid alloy was calculated by the finite element method based on the model. The calculated results show that the rheo-behavior of the semi-solid materials is well in agreement with actual one
meanwhile
the calculated value is accordant with the measured one in the range of error except.
