对水基铝矾土消失模涂料的工艺性能及剥离性进行了研究。铝矾土涂料烘干后在模样转角处易产生裂纹
浇注钢液后粘涂料
涂层不易剥离。在涂料配方中
只要加入1%的纸浆
就能有效地消除裂纹
获得较好的涂料涂挂性和涂层强度。当纸浆加入量超过1.5%
涂料在涂挂时易于流淌
涂层不均匀;加入促进烧结的Fe2O3
能改善浇注后涂层的剥离性
其加入量在4%~6%范围内
涂层剥离性好
铸件表面光滑。当Fe2O3含量≥8%时
铸件表面粘附一层粉料
且有粘砂现象。
Abstract
Technological properties and the peeling ability of water-base bauxite coating for EPC were examined. Crack easily occurs in the corner of patterns with bauxite coating after drying
resulting in the difficulty of peeling off from the castings as a result of the adhesion with coating after pouring liquid steel. The crack resistance of the coating layer can be greatly improved by introducing organic fiber A into ingredient of the coating. With only 1% organic fiber A addition
crack in the corner of the pattern can be obviously eliminated
and the coating behavior and strength are improved
however
with the content of organic fiber A more than 1.5%
uneven coating thickness can be observed as a result of easily flow down in process of brushing. The peeling behavior of coating after poured can be improved with adding a metal oxide B which could accelerate sintering
where with 4%

% addition
coating exhibits desirable peeling behavior
so smooth castings surface can be observed. However
with metal oxide B content more than 8%
surface of the castings is adhered by a layer powder with occurrence of sand burning.
