以ZL114A合金为研究对象
研究不同超熔点高温温度对其凝固组织和精细结构的影响。结果表明
经过925℃超温处理后
α-Al相枝晶明显细化
并且随着超温温度的升高
晶格常数随之增大
α-Al基体的位错密度和显微硬度得到提高
共晶硅相的尺寸逐渐减小
其形貌由针片状逐渐向球状转化。
Abstract
Effects of varied super-heated temperatures on the solidification microstructure and subtle structure in ZL114A alloy have been observed by OM (optical microscope) and SEM (scanning electron microscope) and XRD (X-ray diffraction). The results reveal that α-phase dendrite in the alloy can be greatly refined with super-heated treatment at 925℃. Furthermore
with increasing in temperatures
the lattice constant is increased and dislocation density and micro-hardness of the α-matrix are improved
meanwhile
the morphology of the α-phase is converted from acicular structure into spherical structure with decreasing in size of eutectic phase.
