Abstract
Key points about gauger-classification of large ship propeller were described based on the full understand of casting process. Casting process design and molding
smelting and pouring of liquid copper alloy and machinery for the large ship propeller were approached
and sand mold and low pressure casting for the propeller was introduced. Defects often encountered in the propeller and its prevention were presented.
