摘要

利用超声波的空化冲击效应

使酸洗钝化液在超声波波束的推力作用下对铸件的表面形成一连串的密集冲击

使酸洗钝化的过程"动"起来

既"钝化"了铸件

又使铸件的表面更光滑、细腻。由于酸洗钝化液"动"起来了

在用酸量和配比浓度大为降低的同时

酸洗钝化液的粘滞度也随之大大降低

故而易于沉淀回收处理

资源被充分利用

成本也相应得到了降低。酸洗钝化过程中的酸腐蚀过度而引起的"废品"问题也因此而基本消除。尤为突出的是"酸雾"弥漫现象得到了一定程度的改善。

Abstract

By means of cavity effects of ultrasonic

acid washing passivation solution can generate a bundle of dense explosion on surface of the castings at pulling force of ultrasonic wave beam

which can activate the acid washing passivation process

resulting in not only passivating casting but also making surface of castings more smooth and delicious. The activation of acid-washing-passivating solution can greatly decrease acid-consumption rate and proportion as well as viscosity

which results in easy recovery and full utilization of resource

decreasing the product cost. In addition

waste castings resulting from over-corrosion during acid washing process was eliminated

and acid-fog was also relieved to some extent.
