分析了新型的发动机油底壳上体的生产工艺路线
借助模拟分析优化了模具结构设计。熔炼中
铝液的密度值≥2.65g/cm3
铝液的出炉温度为760±20℃
氮气精炼时间为4~6min
氮气精炼压力为0.2~0.3MPa。压铸模材料选用瑞典优质热作模具钢材W302
模具正常工作3000模与2万模左右各进行一次去应力处理。为了保证零件的致密组织
在模具填充的末端增加抽真空系统。根据投影面积和压射比压及批量要求
选择12000kN压铸机
配备了机械手、自动喷涂系统以及定量浇注系统。由于严格掌控熔炼、压铸模和压铸机3个要素
保障了产品的优良品质和批量生产。
Abstract
Production process of upper body of oil pan in new type engine was analyzed
and mould structure design was optimized with the help of CAE. The melting processing parameters are as follows: density of liquid aluminum alloy more than 2.65 g/cm3

automatic spraying-coating system and quantitative system is adopted. The product with excellent quality can be produced through strictly controlling melting process
