高熔点合金液态挤压时所需要的最小抽芯力实际上等于型芯与工件接触表面的最大静摩擦力。在研究抽芯时工件和型芯接触表面发生的物理、几何变化的基础上

得到3种不同情况下抽芯力的计算模型和方法。同时研究了抽芯温度、工件屈服强度、涂层参数、表面粗糙度等之间的关系。通过生产实践证明该计算模型是可行的和有效的

具有较好的工程价值。

Based on analysis of the physical change and geometric relation between the core and component

three calculating models and equations are presented. And relationship between the core-pulling forces and processing parameters are revealed

such as temperature of pulling core

the yield stress and critical shearing stress of component and protective coating

surface roughness. Practical production verifies that the method is available for engineering application.
