850℃熔体通过熔甩工艺制得非晶态薄带。
Abstract
The relationship between the viscosity of Al84Mg10Ce6 alloy melt and temperature was analyzed by viscosity measurements
X-ray diffraction and DSC analysis. Through observing the glass forming ability of the alloy ribbon
the relationship between different over-heating temperature and its glass forming ability of alloy melt was described. The results show that the element Ce addition results in the abnormal change of Al84Mg10Ce6 alloy melt structure
enhancing the glass forming ability of Al-based alloy. GFA of Al-Mg series alloys exhibits the relation with melt temperature
where amorphous Al ribbon can be prepared by melt-spinning technology at 850 ℃.
