摘要
利用强流脉冲电子束对AZ31镁合金表面进行快速铝合金化
分析了表面合金化层的显微结构
测量了铝合金化前后
AZ31镁合金的腐蚀性能与耐磨性能。结果表明
经电子束轰击后表层出现了典型的熔坑形貌;耐磨性能测试表明
加速电压为27kV
脉冲5次的试样比原始试样的相对耐磨性提高6倍
同时合金化也提高了在5%的NaCl溶液中的耐腐蚀性能。
Abstract
Rapid surface alloying Al on the surface of AZ31 alloy by high current pulsed electronic beam was conducted
and microstructure of alloying layer on the surface was observed
meanwhile
corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the AZ31 magnesium alloy after and before alloying Al were examined.The results indicate that typical crater can be observed on the surface after HCPEB bombardment.Compared with that of initial sample
the relative wear resistance of the sample with accelerating voltage of 27kV and five times pulse is increased by 6 times.In addition
the corrosion resistance of AZ31 magnesium alloy after alloying Al is greatly improved in 5% NaCl solution.
