摘要
采用差压铸造技术和充型及凝固过程模拟仿真技术
研制了铝合金舱门盖铸件
其模拟仿真结果和试制结果相吻合;采用减压式差压铸造技术
试制的铝合金舱门盖无缩孔和疏松缺陷
力学性能明显改善
抗拉强度达到315~325MPa
伸长率达到4%~6%。
Abstract
Aluminum alloy port cover was manufactured by counter-pressure casting
and filling and solidification were simulated.The results reveal that the simulated results are accordant with the trial product ones.The mechanical properties of the trial-product aluminum alloy port cover with shrinkage porosity(hole) free
which is manufactured by pressure-reduction types counter pressure casting
are greatly improved
where tensile strength and elongation reach 315~325 MPa and 4%~6%
