Abstract
Mathematical model and its solved method for liquid filling and solidification simulation were presented.Based on the mathematical model and its solved method
velocity field
temperature field and pressure field of hard disk base during die casting were visualized by the Magma software.Combined with simulated result
the origination of shrinkage porosity and gas hole in the hard disk base was described.Through simulation optimization
the method eliminating defects was presented.Practical production verifies that the simulated results are desirable and optimized result is feasible.
