High Speed Steel Compound Hammerhead and Its Performance
摘要
采用固液双金属复合铸造的方法制造了高钒高速钢/碳钢复合锤头
研究了锤柄在不同处理条件下的复合情况。结果表明
锤柄经过酸洗处理以后复合效果良好
能够实现冶金结合;而锤柄经过机械方法除锈或不处理
锤柄和锤头的复合不好。经过酸洗工艺生产的高钒高速钢复合锤头硬度满足要求
使用效果良好。
Abstract
High vanadium high speed steel/carbon steel compound hammerhead was produced by liquid-solid bimetal compound method
and effects of different treatment conditions on compound role of hammer handle were described. The results indicate that fully metallurgical bonding in hammer handle treated by acid washing can be observed
exhibiting desirable compound effects
while it can not be observed in the hammer handle treated by mechanical rust-removal or treated-free. Hardness of high vanadium high speed steel /carbon steel hammer head treated by acid washing can fully meet the requirements
showing desirable working performance.
