摘要

利用喷射成形与热挤压两种工艺相结合的方法制备高锰ZA35合金

研究了不同挤压比对喷射成形沉积坯件材料在320℃热挤压的微观组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明

喷射成形能够有效地抑制ZA35-3.5Mn合金中粗大的富Mn相的析出

获得均匀细小的组织;在随后的热挤压过程中

通过较低挤压比即可使ZA35合金达到致密

在室温下具有良好的力学性能。

Abstract

High Mn-containing ZA35 alloy was prepared by spraying forming combining with hot squeezing casting at 320℃. Effects of varied squeezing ratios on microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy were investigated. The results reveal that uniformly fine microstructure can be observed as a result of effectively restraining the precipitation of coarse Mn-rich phase in ZA-3.5Mn alloy during spraying forming. Subsequently

the as-deposited alloy can realize desirable compactness at a lower squeezing ratio during hot squeezing process

exhibiting excellent mechanical properties at room temperature.
