当Si、Ca和Ce、Ca分别混合加入到AZ91D合金中时
合金组织细化
合金中分别出现Mg2Si和Al11Ce3新相
而没有含Ca相化合物出现。力学性能测试表明
随着Si、Ca和Ce、Ca的添加
合金的力学性能得到明显改善
但伸长率变化不大。疲劳性能测试表明
当合金中加入1.0%的Ce和0.4%的Ca时
合金的疲劳强度最高
达到83.5MPa。含Si、Ca和Ce、Ca两种合金的疲劳断口都具有韧脆混合断裂特征。
Abstract
Effects of Si
Ca and Ce mixed addition on high cycles fatigue properties of die cast magnesium alloy AZ91D were investigated at the stress ratio of 0.1 and the number of cycles to failure of 107. It is found that the grain size in microstructure of the alloys is refined with the Si
Ca mixed addition or Ce
Ca mixed addition
in which Mg2Si phase and Al11Ce3 phase appear and absence of phase containing Ca can be observed. The tensile strength of the alloy with Si
Ca mixed addition or Ce and Ca mixed addition is greatly improved
however
elongation exhibits slight change. The maximum fatigue strength of 83.5MPa in the alloy can be obtained with 1.0% Ce and 0.4% Ca mixed addition. The fracture morphology of the alloy with Si and Ca mixed addition or Ce and Ca mixed addition are characterized by dimple-brittle mixed fracture.
