Deformation Analysis and Its Countermeasures of Die Casting Aluminum Alloy Panel for Communication
Deformation rate and principle of die casting aluminum alloy long-thin panel for communication were measured
and origination of deformation was expounded from the viewpoint of panel structure and die casting process.The results reveal that deformation occurs in process of the open-mold and push-out of panel
not occurs in process of cooling.Selection of parting face and allocation of push-pin are mainly responsible for the deformation of die casting panel.The deformation rate of the die casting panel can be greatly reduced by designing rational parting face and push-pin.
