anti-high temperature was prepared on the surface of ductile iron using sub-micron TiC and CrxCy alloy mixed powder as raw materials by the laser alloying method.Constituent and microstructure of the alloying coating were analyzed by XRD

and micro-hardness was examined
and wear resistance was tested in condition of dry friction at room temperature.The results reveal that alloying coating with compact structure is 930 HV in micro-hardness and is 1/16 of ductile iron in wear rate in condition of dry sliding friction
showing the improvement of wear resistance of alloying coating.
