Softening and Recrystallization of Cu-Ag Alloy for Cu Cladding Al Contact Wire
Softening and recrystallization of Cu-Ag alloy for Cu cladding Al contact wire were analyzed by hardness testing
microstructure and static recrystallization kinetics.The results indicate that softening temperature of the Cu-Ag alloy is approximately 390℃
and recrystallization temperature is in range of 350~450 ℃.Activation energy of recrystallization is calculated to be 77.68kJ/mol during annealing process.Completed time of recrystallization makes about 414.4
167.7 min with annealing at 350 ℃ and at 390℃.
