摘要

为了对铝合金发动机缸体选择最佳的浇注系统和工艺参数

利用ProCAST软件对汽缸体的压铸过程进行了模拟。通过对两个不同浇注位置的压铸过程的流场和温度场进行模拟分析

从中选择了一个较合适的浇注位置

为模具的设计和工艺参数的确定提供了依据。

Abstract

In order to optimize the gating system and process parameters for aluminum alloy engine cylinder body

the ProCAST software was employed to simulate the filling and solidification process.Through analyzing the flow field and temperature field during the die casting process with two different pouring positions

an optimized gating system can be presented

which provides a reference to the design and determination of processing parameters.
