Abstract
OCC (Ohno continuous casting) method is a special continuous directional solidification technology
which can be employed for preparing single crystal ingot. A method and equipment for producing single crystal copper pole have been described. Based on the sevo control and A/D transformation technology
the whole production process can be controlled by computer automatically. The single crystal copper pole produced by the equipment exhibits smooth surface and high ductibility and high electric conductivity
showing acceptable practical value.
