利用ProCAST软件对铝合金压铸件下壳体充型、凝固过程进行了数值模拟
得到了速度场、温度场的分布和变化规律。据此提出了减少缩孔、缩松数量的优化方案。结果表明
降低浇注温度、增大压射比压
降低模具预热温度都能够有效控制缩孔、缩松的数量。按照优化后的压铸工艺参数生产出了合格的铸件。
Abstract
Filling and solidification for aluminum alloy housing in die casting were simulated by the ProCAST software.Distribution and change of velocity field and temperature field were visualized.Based on above simulated results
optimized design for reducing shrinkage porosity(hole)was presented.The results reveal that the shrinkage porosity(hole)in the aluminum alloy housing can be greatly reduced through decreasing pouring temperature
increasing injection pressure and reducing pre-heating temperature of the mould.The qualified aluminum alloy housing was successfully produced by adopting optimized processing parameters.
