Low Cycle Fatigue Behavior of Cu-Ag Alloy for Cu Cladding Al Contact Wire
Low cycle fatigue behavior of Cu-Ag alloy for Cu cladding Al contact wire was tested by using different strain amplitude control with varied deformation rate.The results reveal that with increasing in strain amplitude
area of hysteresis loop is increased.With increasing in cycling times
cycling stress is gradually decreased to lead to the appearance of fatigue softening.The cycling period of Cu-Ag alloy with 38% deformation rate is higher than that of one with 19% deformation rate.The fracture morphology of the alloy is composed of crack
crack propagation and rupture.The crack propagation of the Cu-Ag alloy is characterized by transgranular and along-grain model.
