Numerical Simulation of Revolving-riveting Process for Aluminum Alloy
The rivet forming process was investigated by numerical simulation and point-tracking method based on the connecting technology between the aluminum alloy workpiece and the steel plate. Dynamic change of stress-strain at every point in deformation area and damage distribution of the deformation area were analyzed
which provided a theoretical basis for the study and design of the riveting process.
