直接影响复杂结构精铸件的生产效率和铸件表面品质。型壳过渡层采用"混合涂料"的方法可改善型壳脱壳性
显著提高脱壳效率。利用"混合涂料"中的熔融石英高温"析晶"
低温"相变"的特点使型壳在高温时的强度不受明显影响
而在冷却后由于熔融石英由α方石英转变成β方石英时的体积收缩
使型壳残留强度大大降低
提高了脱壳性能。
Abstract
Lower shelling performance of sol silicate mold shell could directly affect the product efficiency and surface quality of complicated investment castings.Shelling performance can be improved by employing mixed coating in transition layers of mold shell
greatly improving shelling efficiency.High temperature strength of shell mold is slightly affected due to grain precipitation at high temperature and phase transformation at low temperature of molten quartz in the mixed coating
and residual strength can be greatly decreased as a result of volumetric contraction of phase transformation in molten quartz during solidification
which obviously improves shelling performance.The process and other assistant measures improving shelling performance were described.
