摘要

借鉴板带铸轧立坯之前的跑钢过程

提出了一种低过热度强迫浇注连铸技术

即通过旋转的冷却辊将液态金属冷却

并强迫其注入结晶器

以降低钢水的过热度

起到提高传热效率和改善铸坯内部组织的目的。运用流体力学分析软件

对低过热度浇注和普通浇注结晶器内钢水充型过程进行动态模拟

得到了充型过程的速度分布图和不同时刻的温度分布图。结果表明

双辊冷却低过热度浇注在充型过程中可以降低钢水过热度

加快结晶器内钢水的凝固。

Abstract

Based on flow process before establishment of strip casting

a continuous casting technology of low superheat casting that molten steel is cooled through rotating cooling roller is forced to pour into mould has been put forward to reduce molten steel superheat

enhancing the efficiency of heat transfer and improving structure in billets.The filling process of low superheat casting and SEN casting was dynamically simulated by the fluid dynamic software to obtain velocity distribution diagrams and temperature distribution diagrams at different time.The results show that low superheat casting with double-roller cooling can effectively decrease superheat of molten steel and increase the solidification rate of molten steel during filling process.
