摘要
采用20目的石英板式过滤器对电热法生产Al-30Si粗合金配制的ZL102合金进行二次过滤后
合金中的Fe含量由过滤前的1.14%下降到0.43%
Fe相形状由过滤前的大块状和花瓣状改变为细小的块状
合金的抗拉强度和伸长率分别达到182MPa和4.3%
与未过滤合金相比
分别提高了38%和290%。ZL102合金的力学性能已经接近纯Al配制合金
完全可以满足工业生产需要。
Abstract
After adopting the quartz plate-like filter with 20 mesh to filter the ZL102 alloy from Al-30Si coarse alloy produced by electro-thermal method
the Fe content in the alloy is decreased from 1.14% to 0.43%
and its morphology is converted from bulky and rosette structure into fine bulky structure
so the tensile strength and elongation reach 182 MPa and 4.3%
respectively
increased by 38% and by 290%
respectively
compared with those of the alloy before filter. The results verify that mechanical properties of the alloy are closed to those of the alloy compounded by pure Al
fully meeting the requirement of commercial production.
