Deformation Behavior of Rolled Cu/Al Composites for Compound Cable
Cu/Al composite plate for cable was fabricated by three-step compound technology
and deformation behavior of Cu/Al composite plate during rolling process was analyzed.Meanwhile
relationship of reduction of Cu layer and Al layer with total reduction was investigated at a fixed Cu layer and Al layer thickness ratio of 1:4.It is found that deformation region of Cu/Al composite plate can be divided into three zones.Thickness model of rolled compound Cu/Al composite plate was established based on initial billet thickness ratio.
