提高铸件质量的重要因素之一。为解决模具局部部位喷涂不良的问题
开发了模具内喷涂技术。其原理是在模具内设置一喷涂管
预先混合好的脱模剂通过该管喷涂到模具的指定部位。生产结果表明
模具内喷涂技术可对模具任意部位实现定时定点喷涂
大大降低了铸件烧伤、拉裂等缺陷发生的几率
废品率可降至0.9%以下
同时也保证了模具连续生产的稳定性和压铸效率的提高。
Abstract
Good lubrication on surface of mould is a key factor ensuring die casting and improving product quality. We have developed an inner-spraying-coating technology to resolve partial undesirable lubrication in the mould. The practical production verifies that the soldering and tearing defects in the product can be greatly reduced by employing the inner-spraying-coating method
and the defect rate is less than 0.9%. Meanwhile
stability of mass-production and efficiency are improved.
