摘要
系统研究了氟化酮(FKS)混合气体对镁合金熔体表面的保护作用。研究表明
氟化酮可有效地保护镁合金熔体。熔炼温度为640~700℃时
炉体密闭、气密性良好的条件下
0.006%的氟化酮(体积分数
下同)即可达到保护效果。在模拟压铸环境下
氟化酮约为0.01%时可达到保护效果。对试验中形成的保护膜进行研究
发现其主要成分是MgF2。SEM扫描分析发现
保护膜的厚度为30~50μm。

Protective effects of FKS mixed cover gas on molten magnesium alloy were investigated systematically.The results illustrate that FKS can act well as protective gas during melting process.Desirable protective effects can be realized in the molten magnesium alloy with 0.006%FKS at 640
