在HSn70-1合金中添加适量稀土Ce的同时再添加不同含量的B
利用金相显微镜、拉伸试验、扫描电镜、静态腐蚀试验及X射线衍射分析
研究了B对HSn70-1合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明
添加0.10%的Ce和0.03%的B(质量分数)
HSn70-1合金的力学性能和耐蚀性能显著提高;B的加入对HSn70-1合金组织细化作用不明显
但添加0.03%的B使得合金中的第二相分布均匀、弥散。
Abstract
Effects of B addition on the microstructure and properties of HSn70-1 alloy containing proper Ce were investigated by means of optical microscope(OM)
tensile testing
scanning electron microscope(SEM)
static corrosion testing and X-ray diffraction analysis.The results reveal that mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of HSn70-1 alloy can be improved obviously by adding 0.10%Ce and 0.03%B.Although B addition has little effects on the refinement of HSn70-1 alloy
0.03%B can make second phase uniformly and dispersedly distribute in the alloy.
