Abstract
Aiming at low mechanical properties and wear resistance of conventional LFC ductile iron castings
new sand was adopted to increase the cooling rate of metal melt and strengthen the chilling ability to improve the matrix microstructure
greatly increasing mechanical properties and wear resistance of ductile iron ball.
