    Abstract

    Effects of different factors on grain rate of turbine blade with equaixed grain were analyzed, including mold shell temperature, pouring temperature, particle size and content of refiner, solidification ways, compound ways, shell mold material and thickness as well as mold-making. Combining production product, main control measures and processing parameters were presented, which could provide a reference to further optimize process and improve quality of components.
