降低了成品合格率。针对熔模铸造工艺参数多且又相互影响的特点
运用有限元法对铸造过程进行数值模拟
研究各个工艺参数对铸造质量的影响
预测可能会出现的铸造缺陷
确定最佳工艺方案。以碎纸刀为例
介绍了熔模铸造充型凝固过程温度场和应力场的分布情况
研究合金充型速度对熔模铸造质量的影响。
Abstract
Due to the inappropriate selection of processing parameters
defects such as shrinkage porosity
cracks and deformation often occurs in investment casting thin-walled and complex parts
decreasing the casting production rate. Aiming at features of amounts of processing parameters to be dealt with in investment casting and their interaction
the FEM (finite element method) was used to simulate filling process to understand effects of different parameters on filling process and to predict potential defects and then to optimize design. The temperature field and stress field in solidification in vestment casting shredding mills was simulated by the ProCAST to observe the effects of filling velocity on quality.
