Effect of Additive on Structure and Purity of CuCr Alloy Prepared by Self-propagation High Temperature Synthesis(SAS)
摘要
以CuO、Cr2O3、Al为原料
采用自蔓延法制备Cu-Cr合金
考察了不同添加剂对Cu-Cr合金结构和纯度的影响。结果表明
合金由Cu、Cr相以及少量的Cr23C6相组成
熔渣由Al2O3相和Na3AlF6相以及少量的Cr相组成
熔渣中存在Cr相表明渣分离效果不理想。随着Na3AlF6配料量的增加
合金中氧化物夹杂得到有效去除
合金的微观结构变得致密均匀。随着铝粉配料量的增加
合金中氧含量降低
但铝残留量增加
合金的纯度大于97.0%。
Abstract
CuCr alloy was prepared with CuO
Cr2O3 and Al as reactants by SHS
and effects of different additives on the microstructure and purity of alloy prepared were investigated. The results reveal that the alloy is composed of Cu phase
Cr phase and a little Cr23C6 phase
and slag consists of Al2O3 and Na3AlF6 as well as a little Cr phase. Cr existence shows the dis-ideal separation effects of metal from slag. With increasing in Na3AlF6 addition
microstructure of the alloy exhibits uniform and compact as a result of effectively removing oxides inclusion in the CuCr alloy
meanwhile
oxygen content in the alloy is decreased with increasing in residual Al content
