摘要

在室温及温度为300～450℃

应变速率为0.1s-1的条件下

在WDW-E200拉伸机上采用单向拉伸试验对喷射沉积SiCp/7090Al复合材料轧制板材的力学性能及变形行为进行了研究

并对不同温度下复合材料的显微组织、力学性能和断口形貌进行了分析。结果表明

SiCp/7090Al复合材料板材拉伸流变应力随着变形温度的升高而减小

同时

随着拉伸温度的升高

SiCp与Al基体界面被弱化

拔断的SiCp逐渐减少;但复合材料的伸长率不断增大

伸长率由3.0%增加到85.07%。

Abstract

Mechanical properties and deformation behavior of sprayed-deposited SiCp/7090Al composites rolling sheet were investigated by uniaxial tensile testing on WDW-E200 tensile tester at ambient temperature and 300

50 ℃ with stain rate of 0.1s-1. Meanwhile

microstructure

mechanical properties and fractographies of the composites at different tensile temperatures were also observed. The results show that tensile flow stress in the composites sheet is decreased with increasing in deformation temperature. In addition

interface of Al/SiC is weakened and particle breakage is reduced with tensile temperature increase

while the elongation of the composites is increased from 3.0% to 85.07%.
