利用直接烧结法制备Ti3Al化合物。探讨了制备较纯Ti3Al粉末的摩尔比和温度
以及该金属间化合物在后续处理过程中的演变过程。结果表明
当Ti、Al的摩尔比为3.5∶1时
可得到较纯的Ti3Al相;经过烧结制备出一定量的Ti3Al粉末
在行星球磨机中进行球磨处理
在不同球磨时间取出适量样品
进行XRD、SEM分析
结果表明其在球磨过程中晶粒尺寸减小
且可能部分转变为非晶。
Abstract
Ti3Al alloys were prepared with taking Ti and Al powders as raw materials by direct sintering processing. Effects of molar ratio of raw materials and temperature on preparation of high pure Ti3Al alloy were analyzed
and microstructural evolution of the intermetallics during subsequent processing was described. High pure Ti3Al phase can be obtained with Ti via Al of 3.5∶1 (molar ratio). A certain amount of Ti3Al powders were prepared by sintering method
and then milled by planetary ball mill. XRD and SEM were employed to observe the powders at different milling time. The results reveal that grain size of the Ti3Al alloy is decreased
and some powders become amorphous structure during milling process.
