Improvement of Casting Process for High Lead Bronze Frictional Ring

介绍了摩擦环铸件材料的特性。改进工艺采用了碱性酚醛树脂砂和金属型复合铸造
浇注采用底注式
并反切线进料。通过生产实践
验证了改进后的铸造工艺具有工序简单、铸件精度高、成本低、效率高等优点
也指出了生产中易产生的缺陷及其防止措施。
Abstract
Characteristics of high lead bronze frictional ring and improvement of casting processing were described
including alkaline phenolic resin sand
metal mold casting and application of anti-tangent gating system. The practical production verified that the improved processing exhibits the features of simple programs
high precision and low cost as well as high efficiency. In addition
defects easily occurred in product and countermeasures were pointed out
which provided a reference for production.
