曾发生多起断桨事故。分析了事故发生的原因
论述了铸造缺陷、成分偏析、合金性能和金相组织对铜合金螺旋桨使用寿命的影响。为提高产品的质量
保证航行安全
就其铸造工艺、设计方法和材料选用以及质量管理、验收规则等提出了改进意见
并提出了相应的防断措施。
Abstract
Large whole casting copper propeller was produced since 1969.However
for lack of experiences and management
propeller crack accident occurs.Origination of crack was described.Effects of casting defects
composition segregation
alloy properties and microstructure on service life of copper alloy propeller were expounded.Some countermeasures were presented to improve the quality of the product and ensure navigation safety including casting process
design and selection of materials as well as quality management.
