分析了国内外制浆技术的现状及组织形成的理论
提出了一种新的半固态制浆技术——自孕育法
即采用与合金同成分的本体孕育并经过导流器进一步孕育的方法
并对AM60合金进行了浆料制备试验。通过控制合金熔体温度与局部过冷使之具有大量的晶核
再利用流动冲刷
获得具有非枝晶初生固相的固-液混合浆料。试验结果表明
经过自孕育处理
当温度为650℃、孕育剂加入量为熔体质量的11%时
制备的半固态浆料具有均匀、细小、非枝晶状的微观组织
晶粒平均尺寸仅为51μm。
Abstract
Semi-solid slurry preparation technologies and mechanism of microstructure formation were surveyed.A novel method for semi-solid slurry preparation that is self-inoculation method(SIM)was presented
in which self-inoculator(the same composition to that of the alloy melt)was introduced into the melt
and then the melt was poured into a fluid director for further inoculation.Solid-liquid mixed slurry with non-dendritic primary phase can be obtained by controlling alloy melt temperature and partial under-cooling to create amounts of nuclei
and by nucleating with self-inoculation nuclei to generate nuclei with a small critical radius for grain growth based on local under-cooling
flow scouring which enhanced self-inoculation effects and promoted grain multipilication and inhibited grain growth.AM60 alloy was used to conduct series of experiments.The results reveal that semi-solid slurry with approximately 51μm in average size
uniform and non-dendritic primary phase is observed with 11% self-inoculator addition after the melt is processed by SIM at 650℃.
